Key features of vTab include the ability to freeze individual tabs or all tabs in the window to free up RAM, automatic freezing of inactive tabs after 36 hours, and archiving tabs that have been inactive for seven days. Users can sort tabs by their freeze status or by URL/host, ensuring easy access to frequently used sites.
